GENERAL POLICIES

  • Rescheduling:

    The deposit for the serivce Is non-refundable & non-transferable! (deposit price varies on the service selected.) If you need to reschedule at anytime, you will be required to send a new deposit. If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will also be charged HALF the amount of the service before being allowed to reschedule at a later date. It Is difficult for me to fill your spot with another client with such short notice.

  • Cancellations:

    You will not be refunded your deposit if you need to cancel your appointment - NO exceptions. If you would like to book a new appointment, you will be required to send a new deposit & will be subject to any new pricing and policies.

    If you cancel 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged HALF of the amount of the appointment. If you no-show, you will be charged the FULL amount of your appointment & I will no longer accept you as a future client.

  • Tardiness:

    I have a 10 minute late policy. Please call, text, email, or DM me as soon as you can If you are going to be late. Late appointments results In the forfeit of your deposit & cancellation of your appointment. OR choosing to do the procedure with NO numbing. (15 min or less late).

    Cancellation due to tardiness Is considered a NO SHOW, No shows are charged the FULL amount of the appointment booked

    If you arrive early, please wait In your car and DM me to let me know! I will let you know as soon as I'm ready!

  • Children & Guests:

    NO guests are allowed in the studio with you. I provide you with my full, undivided attention at your appointment and need the least of distractions.

MICROBLADING POLICIES

  • 6-8 Week Touch Up Policy.

    The 6-8 week touch up ($100) must be done 6-8 weeks after your initial session. If you need to reschedule, I may not be able to fit you In within the 8- week time frame. If this is the case, you will need to book a 2-6 month touch up. Additional fee's will be applied for the type of service you reschedule to, not the price of the 6-8 week touch up. .

  • Yearly Touch Up Policy

    Yearly touch ups are for K ARTISTRY clients only. If you have previous work done by someone else you must contact Kaleigh from K ARTISTRY to see if your brows qualify. Please use the contact form to receive information about how to move forward with your brows if previous work was done.

    All new clients to K Artistry pay the new client fee’s regardless of previous work.

    In order to hold the date of your appointment a NON - REFUNDABLE $100 deposit is required. The deposit Is applied to the total cost of the appointment.

LASH EXTENSION POLICIES

  • Lash Extension Fill Policy

    In order for you fill appointment to be fill price, you must have 40% of your lash extensions remaining AFTER removal of outgrown lashes.
