How to Make Sure Your Microblading Turns Out Timeless
Microblading can last up to 3 years! So it’s very important to do your research on the artist and their techniques so you can make sure your brows are TIMELESS no matter what’s in “style” at the moment!
Why is this so important? Think back to the 90’s when SUPER thin brows were the “in” thing, then fast forwarding to the 2010’s when sharpie brows were IT. (hello anastasia dip brow) then 2020’s with the super fluffy brows which are already starting to phase out to more natural, well groomed brows. So even though it’s tempting to ask for the current trend when getting permanent makeup, I’d recommend going with something that is timeless.
So how do you know which artist can give you something like that? Here are a few key things to look for!
Make sure they shape your brows based on your natural brow, facial features, and bone structure! The goal should always be to make your brows easy to maintain. When you get your microblading based on your natural features, that’s how they should turn out!
What color are they using? You ALWAYS want to make sure your microblading pigment matches with your NATURAL brow color! Even if you choose to tint your brows or wear a darker brow makeup, going with the natural brow color will help make sure they look good long term. You can always use makeup to follow the “trends” at the moment.
